With over 20 years experience in the health care field, Kelly Buckell spent the first 15 years of her professional life as a registered nurse. With a growing family, she then decided to follow a different direction in helping people. Studying Remedial Massage Therapy in 2013 has enabled her to play a proactive role in providing care for her clients, both physically & mentally.
Kelly’s knowledge of soft tissue and body function enables her to provide treatments to help restore dysfunction, relieve pain and decrease muscle tension to improve physical performance and promote healing.
Her treatments can include Relaxation, Deep tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release Cupping, & Rock Taping.
Kelly believes massage is important to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, increase joint mobility & flexibility, aid in the recovery of soft tissue injuries and reduce stress. All this is provided in a warm, caring and professional environment to make your experience the best it can possibly be.
COLIN McHARDY massage therapist
Colin has been involved in the Health & Well Being industry for over 15 years providing professional massage treatments. He is passionate about the benefits of massage and its therapeutic and healing benefits to provide support for the client’s general health & well-being.
Colin has had a personal interest and passion for fitness and sport for over 30 years through martial arts training and knows personally how massage can provide effective management and reduction of pain to boost well-being and performance.
His holistic approach to massage is tailored to provide an effective treatment for each client by taking the time to understand each client's needs. Whether that be through a relaxation, deep tissue, sports or remedial based treatment. No matter the treatment, the aim for Colin is for the client’s pain to be relieved and for the client to feel the treatment was a pleasurable and rewarding experience.
